Up to 20 local filmmakers and film enthusiasts will have the
chance to be part of a global cinematic experiment with Mobile
Phone Filmmaking: 24 Frames 24 Hours, with Dr Max Schleser from
Massey University, Wellington.
In this mobile filmmaking workshop participants will make a
short two minute mobile film about their favourite place in and
"24 Frames 24 Hours is a global film portraying our cities
through new viewpoints and angles. How do you explore Auckland
through the lens of a mobile phone and show the world what this
place means to you?' - Max Schleser.
This workshop is open to novice and experienced film makers who
will be introduced to the pan-global concept of 24 Frames 24 Hours,
a collaborative mobile-mentary (mobile documentary) before taking
it to the streets of Auckland.
During the Mobile Art Conference the 24 Frames 24 Hours mobile
filmmaking workshop took place at the ITP Tisch School of the Arts
