New Zealand Film & Television School (Film School) educates
and trains people who aspire to work in the New Zealand film and
television industry. The Film School (a private training
establishment) has recently become a subsidiary of Whitireia NZ
Ltd.
They are seeking an industry professional and educator to take a
leadership role for film-based education and training for those
wishing to make a career in film industry. The position involves
responsibility for the management and co-ordination of the course
as well as liaison with contracted tutors. You will be responsible
for the delivery of the course curriculum, student assessment, and
the production management of the School's film productions.
This includes providing appropriate reports on academic
performance, practical studies and progress, and responsiveness to
course content, contracted tutors and students.
